It's always something...

...if it's not one thing, it's another as Rosanne Rosanadanna used to say (did I spell that right?).

Anyway, I've been getting complaints that my layout was acting strange and I'd noticed it myself. So I decided to go back to a regular blogger template. Now, I want to add a picture to the header instead of the boring writing that's there now. I upload the picture, say to put it in place of the header and description, shrink to fit (eventhough I've resized it)...I save changes, hit "view blog" and nothing's changed! I hit refresh and still nothing's changed.

What am I doing wrong? I've done this before with no problem. Am I missing something that's blatantly right in front of my face?

Anybody...HELP!!!

And just for kicks....Lisa had this posted over on her blog and I thought it was kind of fun to do.
What American accent do you have?
Your Result: The Midland

"You have a Midland accent" is just another way of saying "you don't have an accent." You probably are from the Midland (Pennsylvania, southern Ohio, southern Indiana, southern Illinois, and Missouri) but then for all we know you could be from Florida or Charleston or one of those big southern cities like Atlanta or Dallas. You have a good voice for TV and radio.

The West
The South
Boston
North Central
The Inland North
Philadelphia
The Northeast

Why do you have problems? I seem to manage okay. I tried helping you in the past and you still don't get it done right. This is only an observation not an admonishment. Try again!

We should be able to communicate just fine then shouldn't we. :)

So if you take a Boston area girl (Where they paahk a cah), move her to the deep south (Y'all know what that's like) where she watches mostly British telly (You don't say!) on PBS for 10 years while growing up (since it is the only TV station available) followed by a move to Miami (Hola!) the accent she winds up with is "Middle America?"

Now THAT's funny.

it.z.....I know, I did exactly what I said I did and no picture! I am so upset. Had to go night caching to calm myself down :)

Lisa, I never had any doubts that we could communicate just fine!

Heather, When you put it that way, I can't begin to imagine what you *should* sound like. A British-yankee-Cuban-cracker???
