40 years ago today, at 12:33 am, was the launching of Apollo 17, the eleventh and final mission of our Apollo program. It was the 6th mission to land men on the moon.
Look how far we've come since then! Oh wait...that's right...we no longer have the shuttle program. In fact, our space program is pretty much zilch, zero, nada...gone with the wind.
I think that sucks, don't you?
