Ouch!
Waiting for the doctor at the Urgent Care Center (much better than going to an ER).
Doc says staples not stitches...so...
All done! 
He looks worn out, but after 5 minutes he was running around, back to his old self!
If this is any indication of the way his 5th year is going to be, I'm in big trouble!

It happens sooner or later... WHen Z was a very little boy, he tripped and fell on the ONE non-padded surface in our house (the bottom shelf of the entertainment center about a half inch off he ground). He had a gash and a huge purple goose egg on his forehead. OF COURSE that was the year we had a family portrait scheduled to be taken...
Poor little guy! Hope he mends soon!
