So I've got the Mountaineer loaded up for a weekend of camping at Kooser State Park. It is amazing how much crap is in that car considering we'll be staying in a cabin. 3sleeping bags, 3 pillows, 3 backpacks of clothes, 1 bag of misc. stuff (nook, Kindle, cards, Monopoly, dvd player, LOST, etc.), my camp cooking box, a box of food, lantern (gotta bring one for "atmosphere" ya know), a sled and I'm sure I'm forgetting something.
I've never camped up here in a cabin before, so I'm excited. I'm sure I'll have lots of pictures to post when we get back. I'll also upload some trail cam pics since I'm sure it'll be loaded by Sunday night!
Well, gotta go finish cleaning the house up a bit. I'm weird, but I want it to be clean for the cat sitter when he comes PLUS I hate coming home to a messy house, don't you?

Hahaha!!! I can do a week and a half in Europe on one carry-on bag - but camping is a whole other beast. Part of it is that you're providing for ALL of your needs. Shelter, food, cooking and entertainment in addition to clothes. That makes a huge difference.
